(2) submitting work that has mistakes - numbers that are wrong or don`t make sense, a written document that has grammatical mistake, an analysis that is confusing to the audience, or a response that shows you did not understand the question they were asking you to address
The keys to establishing a reputation as a dependable professional are:
(1) becoming super clear about what your deliverable is and how it should be presented (ASK up front and don`t be shy about requesting examples of what a good work product looks like)
(2) getting someone "safe" (a peer or friend in the office) to review your work before you submit it to someone who will evaluate it
