Hi, I am going to finish my last semester of my Computer Systems Engineering program and I have started looking for jobs for after graduation. My issue is should I apply for a large company (ie. IBM which I have always wanted) and get a high startup salary but not be able to move up fast? Or should I apply to a smaller firm which would offer me less money, a more challenging job and a higher chance of advancement to top managerial levels? I would appreciate any suggestion.
