I am graduating from college this summer and I am a Business admin major. I also played division 1 baseball all for years. I'm looking for a nonpaid internship this fall to "shadow" some trader or management level individual who works on Wall Street. How do I go about doing this?

How useful is a two-day wall street prep program?
There will be a Wallst Training program coming on campus, and students can pay a fee to attend. They say the training includes networking opportunity, technical modeling skills training, interview preparation...I am just wondering whether it is worth going and how helpful is this program for one to apply for an internship in IB?
