I graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. I then graduated with an MBA from Drexel University where I concentrated in Finance.
For the last 5 years, I have worked as a bartender and a manager for the Irish Pub, one of the oldest and most profitable bar & restaurants in Philadelphia. Since completing my MBA, I have been working on two startups. The first, is a nonprofit organization called Put Them First, an organization dedicated to improving the nutrition and education of impoverished children living in Peru. I help this organization by leveraging my network in Philadelphia to fundraise and recruit volunteers. The second startup I am working on is called Resonating Performance, a niche human capital management consulting firm located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The company creates and executes customized performance review programs that analyze individual performance from both commercial and cultural lenses with the goal of aligning employee talent and culture with organizational strategy.
