Management Consulting Associate
The Associate is the experienced level consultant who is responsible for gathering facts, analyzing the client’s business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports, and giving the presentation. As an Associate, you must have a broad range of creative problem-solving skills that combine technical and analytical excellence. You will synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior managers as well as entry level Analysts to implement change. Most Associates have prior experience in consulting or have specialized expertise in another industry (eg. healthcare, technology, media, etc). Associates always have an advanced degree. Usually this is an MBA but in some cases Associates are MD’s or PhD’s. |
