Fixed Income Junior Trader - Investment Banking
The entry level trading position in an investment bank is generally called a 'junior trader'. These individuals work directly with senior traders, salespeople and the research department in the execution of trades for clients of the firm or for the firm`s proprietary portfolio. Fixed income traders trade a number of different asset classes including corporate bonds, junk bonds, government bonds, credit derivatives, securitized products, foreign exchange and more. |
